The Vermont Corridor is a culturally rich area home to the University of Southern California and Exposition Park which includes the Coliseum, Rose Garden, Natural History Museum and California Science Museum. Most of the area’s homes were built in the 1960’s and they are scattered between mixed used buildings throughout the corridor.

The Community Redevelopment Agency has proposed to revitalize the area with additional parking, streamlined storefronts, and better lighting.
